THE REALTOR^® DIFFERENCE
When you're looking for help buying or selling property, it's important to remember that the terms "real estate agent" and "Realtor^®" are NOT synonymous. Realtors^® can provide extra level of education & service, and to be a Realtor^® you must be a member of the National Association of Realtors^® (NAR) The Voice for Real Estate^® and the world's largest professional association. Founded in 1908, NAR has grown from its original nucleus of 120 to today's over 1 Million members.

The National Association of Realtors^® has earned a strong reputation for actively championing private property rights and working to make home ownership affordable and accessible. Realtor^® members are monitored at local board levels and adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice founded on the principle of providing fair and honest service to all consumers.

 I only operate as a FULL TIME, FULL SERVICE Realtor^® applying my more than 20 years of business, marketing & management experience to assist my clients sell OR RENT their houses, buy their new homes,Renting new houses,  and invest in their future through real estate

As a Seller's Agent - The houses I have marketed have sold WITHIN 99% of THEIR ASKING PRICE and 30% FASTER than the Egypt  market average, many times having received multiple offers for the seller to choose from.

As a Buyer's Agent - I have saved my buyers over $150,000 off asking prices ALONE in just the last 4 years, as well as being familiar with many financing alternatives designed to make home ownership a reality for you. Buyers who work with me usually find their new home within our first 3 outings to view houses, several in just 1 weekend.

 

For investors I am also well versed in the power of IRS Code 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and how they can assist you to leverage your investment funds.

MY EDUCATION

I have invested substantial personal time and monies in advanced education classes for professional Realtors^®, obtaining the all the cources needed advanced Realtor^® designations and cairo unviversty Certification early on in my career as a Realtor^®_.

I also have the distinction of being the first Accredited Seller Representative (ASR) in Maadi.
I continue to dedicate this time & money to my professional training & education because most Realtors^® don't and in order to provide my clients with the highest standards of up to date knowledge and service available. 

• Real estate license education at Real Estate College in Egypt , finishing in the top of my class. 
• In just my first year as a licensed Realtor^® I earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation for completing the extensive education requirements needed for that designation. One of the highest professional designations available to Realtors^®, less than 25% of the over 1 Million Realtors^® nationally qualify to receive this recognition that is similar to various other industry designations such as CPA - Certified Public Accountant.
• Early in 2004 I was certified as an e-PRO® Internet Technology Professional . REALTORS^®  who have earned e-PRO Certification are Real estate practitioners who have completed a rigorous training program on using the Web and Internet Technology for their clients benefit. e-PRO^® Certification means I am prepared to employ the latest technology, techniques, and services for your benefit, just like you expect from a professional. Less than 1% of the over 1 Million Realtors^® currently qualify as an e-PRO. 
• In late 2004 I was awarded the ABR® (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation, the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYERS AGENT Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® who complete extensive  education and experience requirements as a buyer's representative. Of over 1 Million REALTORS® in all over arab world, less than 2% currently qualify to use the ABR® designation. 
• In early 2005 I was awarded the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Designation by the Council of Residential Specialists affiliate of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. The CRS Designation recognizes superior professional accomplishments in both experience and education, is held by less than 4% of Realtors® nationally and is the HIGHEST awarded to real estate practitioners in the residential sales field. Sometimes called the Phd of Real Estate, CRS Designees conduct 25% of ALL of the real estate transactions in Egypt each year.
